Check out the great Tiger gloves:)
We shared a huge plate of curly fries and lemonade with our friend for lunch.
And now to the birthday post....
Look who is 8 years old today!!! Happy birthday sweet Erin Joy!!! I love you!!
It's a good thing she got a free balloon at Railroad Days yesterday otherwise she would only have 7 balloons. We bought 8 balloons, but one floated away.
Ah, just what she wanted...a silly Barbie movie...
This is a picture of the picture she made in school. I kept forgetting to take a picture of it. It is too big to save so we now have a picture for a memory.
We went to our neighbor's house while somebody looked at our house today. I posted on facebook that it was Erin Joy's birthday today and she surprised us with brownies and a present. Erin Joy has been playing with the bear that she appropriately named "Flower" for the past hour. It was a perfect gift! She is excited to read her new fairy tale book too. Thanks for making her birthday extra special, Donna and Lee!!! We love our neighbors!!
She wouldn't have had a cake today if it hadn't have been for our neighbors. She will have a birthday at Chuck E. Cheese on Friday and have a cake then.
Finally, the birthday interview. I like to interview my children on their birthdays. It isn't as humorous as it used to be when they were younger. They no longer want 12 children with all the boys named George and all the girls named Strawberry Shortcake. They no longer want to be fairies or princesses when they grow up. Erin Joy's favorite color is no longer rainbow and Rachel's favorite color is no longer sparkly red. Sigh. It's still cute though.
Here is Erin Joy's birthday interview:
